Final Grade Entry


This worksheet enables you to enter final grades for the students in your classes. To enter grades, select a grade code from the pull-down list in the Grade column. Remember that a student will not receive credit for the course without a final grade assignment.

Press the Submit button to submit/save grades. Select Reset to clear all selections for the class. Choose the Select a CRN link to enter grades for a different CRN for the same term. Choose the Select a Term & CRN link to enter grades for a different Term and CRN.

The Mass Grade Entry tool at the bottom of the page can be used to populate the Grade column for all students who require a grade displayed on the page. The tool DOES NOT submit/save the grades to Banner. You will be required to press the Submit button to save all Grades data entered either by Mass Grade Entry or manually.
